Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Sr Digital Developer to design, develop and modify web applications supporting digital fundraising assets. You will gather requirements, test, and remediate defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role requires 5+ years of experience with React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript; familiarity with .NET is a plus. You will manage tickets, provide estimates, and support production and project delivery from Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript.
• Experience with ticketing systems; troubleshooting web application defects, and debugging with in-browser tools.
• Experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools.
• Customer service minded with excellent communication skills.
• Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript (DotNet is a plus).
• Develop software artifacts based on requirements and architecture.
• Test software in unit and integration tests; support UAT and defect remediation.
• Handle tickets and defects including debugging, triaging and communicating status to customers.
• Clarify and refine business requirements.
• Provide estimations based on requirements and specs.
• Provide coordination, production, and project support.
