Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of UX/UI/product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered and visual design excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of front-end tech (HTML, CSS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery, design, and delivery of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and maintain scalable experiences aligned to design system.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solve UX challenges.
• Participate in workshops, design critiques, usability testing, and collaborative sessions.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and brand standards.
• Support evolution of design systems, reusable components, and platform patterns.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design workflows, ideation, research, content generation, and prototyping.
• Create detailed design specifications and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
