Nike Inc is seeking a Senior Designer to lead and craft Podium Design System initiatives, ensuring polished, scalable design across product domains. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers and product partners to drive strategic execution and artifact quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will own multiple features, mentor peers, and push Nike’s design culture forward with innovative approaches, including AI tooling and dynamic design systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end digital product design with visual and UX experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design or related field; will consider alternatives.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end design solutions meeting Nike standards.
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with UX/UI/IA expertise.

Responsabilités

• Deliver design for Podium Design System components, Tokens, and AI tooling.
• Drive design execution across large scope project tracks with strategic thinking.
• Create polished work representing Nike brand through visuals, flows, and prototypes.
• Own multiple product features for medium to large projects.
• Proactively take ownership at ambiguous edges of projects.
• Iterate design concepts rapidly from briefing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, PMs, design ops, engineers, researchers and other designers.
• Use participatory methods including user interviews, usability testing and workshops.
