Dentsu in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Project Management, Digital Design to lead complex digital initiatives, partnering with clients, designers, researchers, product owners, and developers. You will shape project strategy and create an environment where teams can do their best work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience supporting digital, product, UX, or design initiatives.
• Experience using Figma and Smartsheet and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include designers, developers, researchers, and business partners.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to understand goals, align priorities, guide projects toward outcomes, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead complex digital programs by coordinating multi-phase initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Create clarity and momentum by establishing processes, facilitating collaboration, and documenting decisions and actions.
• Support high-performing teams by planning capacity, managing priorities, and developing project managers.
• Measure success by defining metrics, monitoring outcomes, and reporting progress to clients and teams.
• Embrace modern ways of working with Agile practices and design technologies, including AI-powered solutions.
