Dentsu is seeking a Manager, Project Management, Digital Design to lead complex digital initiatives, partnering with clients, designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to shape customer experiences and guide project strategy.

In this role you will establish processes, manage cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, coach project managers, and measure success with clear reporting—driving outcomes in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in digital/product/design initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, product owners, and developers.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Manager, Project Management - Digital Product Design

We’re looking for a Manager, Project Management, Digital Design to lead complex digital initiatives while partnering closely with clients, designers, researchers, product owners, and developers. What You’ll Do

Partner with Clients to Drive Results

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, align priorities, and help guide projects toward meaningful business outcomes. You’ll proactively identify risks, facilitate decisions, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

Lead Complex Digital Programs

You’ll oversee multi-phase digital design and product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Create Clarity and Momentum

You’ll establish project processes, facilitate collaboration, track progress, and ensure decisions and action items are documented and followed through.

Support High-Performing Teams

You’ll help plan team capacity, manage competing priorities, and create opportunities for project managers to grow and develop their careers.

Measure Success

You’ll work with clients and internal teams to define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and communicate progress through clear reporting and stakeholder updates.

Embrace Modern Ways of Working

You’ll leverage Agile delivery practices and contribute to projects involving digital design tools, content management systems, design systems, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience supporting digital, product, user experience, or design-focused initiatives.


• Experience using Figma and Smartsheet.


• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.


• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include designers, developers, researchers, and business partners.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.


• Interest in coaching, mentoring, and supporting the growth of other project managers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency, consulting, or client services environment.


• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.


• Familiarity with content management systems, mobile experiences, and component-based design systems.

Nice to Have

• SAFe or other Agile certifications.


• Experience with tokenized design systems.


• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,500 - $132,750. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
