Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Project Lead in Atlanta, GA to guide discipline modeling, manage BIM output and ensure delivery per the Digital Delivery Plan. You will own the discipline model and coordinate with other teams to support reliable, efficient design workflows.

You will mentor Digital Design staff, demonstrate advanced knowledge of 3D design software and document management, prepare detailed drawings, and help drive HDR's commitment to quality, standards, and project success across

Qualifications

Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Extensive experience in 3D design and BIM workflows.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of engineering or architectural concepts and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the discipline model and generate BIM elements per the Digital Delivery Plan.
Create and maintain discipline models, systems, content, and output.
Mentor and develop the Digital Design staff within the discipline.
Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate design with other discipline models through reviews and 3D coordination.
Execute all Digital Delivery requirements identified for the project.
