Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Lead in Virginia to guide BIM authoring and model management across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will mentor staff, coordinate Digital Delivery Plans, and ensure design deliverables meet HDR standards while aligning with project goals and schedules. This role demands strong communication, technical depth in 3D design tools, and proactive leadership to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of BIM design (element authoring) and 5+ years of digital delivery (model management).
• Strong understanding of discipline relations, standards, and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the HDR design team to ensure quality control.
• Maintain model health, standards, and document management across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance to project teams and coordinators.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align deliverables with schedules and scope.
