Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist in Tampa, FL to manage the digital model environment across projects. You’ll coordinate multi-discipline workflows, ensure model health, and support the Project Manager with a Digital Delivery Plan.

We value advanced BIM authoring, 3D coordination, and strong client communication. This role offers hands-on design delivery within HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group and a path to lead innovative projects.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery experience.
• Understanding of discipline relations and building systems operations.
• Advanced skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project.
• Understand how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables per scope.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams through the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction documents.
• Coordinate design reviews and 3D coordination meetings with HDR management and clients.
