Job summary

JD Power seeks a Digital Dealer Advisor to guide OEM dealer networks in digital marketing and online retail performance. You will conduct program reviews, advise on vendors, and deliver ongoing consultative services that lift dealership sales and service outcomes.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time across Western PA/Upstate NY and Virginia, working independently while keeping leadership informed of progress and insights. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the automotive industry
• General understanding of automotive digital marketing, websites, ads, leads, CRM, analytics, ROI
• Experience with dealers or dealer groups on digital marketing programs or campaigns
• Strong communication and ability to lead meetings and present clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

• Support and train dealers and regional teams on digital marketing products and best practices
• Stay current on emerging digital trends and ensure dealer alignment with approved program offerings
• Analyze and report on digital performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Communicate cross‑tier program benefits to help dealers optimize participation and results
• Educate dealers on effective digital marketing strategies
• Diagnose and resolve digital marketing challenges with dealers
• Provide guidance on OEM digital systems, processes, and lead management best practices
