JD Power, a virtual-first company, seeks a Digital Dealer Advisor to guide the OEM's dealer network in digital marketing and online retail performance. You will review program performance, recommend vendors, and deliver ongoing consultative services to enhance dealership sales and service operations.

The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in dealership websites, SEO, SEM, social media, reputation management, CRM platforms, and Google AdWords.

Qualifikationen

• General understanding in the areas of automotive digital marketing, websites, digital advertising, leads, CRM, marketing analytics, ROI, etc.
• Understanding and or experience working with Dealers or Dealer groups on digital marketing programs, consulting or executing campaigns
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner, providing the proper materials and documentation when necessary.
• Identify risk and work with other leaders and internal groups to resolve conflict.
