JD Power is seeking a Digital Dealer Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor to OEM dealer networks, guiding digital marketing and online retail performance. You will conduct program reviews, offer vendor recommendations, and deliver ongoing consultative services to improve dealership sales and service operations.

Formación

• 3+ years working in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing, websites, digital advertising, leads, CRM, marketing analytics, ROI.
• Experience with Dealers or Dealer groups on digital marketing programs, consulting or campaigns.
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentations.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Support and train dealers and regional teams on digital marketing products and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging digital trends and align dealers with approved programs.
• Analyze and report on digital performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Explain program benefits to help dealers optimize participation and results.
• Educate dealers on effective digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve digital marketing challenges with dealers.
• Provide guidance on OEM digital systems, processes, and lead management.
