Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
10+ years of progressive design and leadership experience.
Experience establishing design systems, standards and governance.
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design and execution.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe CC; Figma for UX/UI work.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Lead creative direction for complex enterprise communications and digital experiences.
Establish design systems, templates, and reusable assets with accessibility in mind.
Collaborate with IT, partners, and vendors to balance quality, scope and timelines.
Coach designers and develop department-wide capability with new tools.
Evaluate emerging design technologies and integrate practical improvements.
