The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional design experience, a strong digital/marketing portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Collaboration with distributed teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across digital and marketing projects.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and managing creative feedback.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from briefing and concept development through execution and final delivery.
• Create high-quality designs across digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Work directly with clients to clarify briefs, understand objectives, and recommend creative approaches.
• Present concepts and explain the rationale behind design decisions to clients.
• Guide feedback discussions and translate client comments into clear revisions.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across formats and channels.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and other talent.
• Review work and provide guidance to other designers when required.
