Job summary

South Gloucestershire Council seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape digital solutions for residents and frontline workers. Join the Discover and Design practice within an Agile team to deliver user-centred products on a low-code platform such as Dynamics 365/Power Platform/Azure PaaS.

You will gather requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and work with architects to design end-to-end service journeys. Strong BA qualifications and Capita One knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in digital delivery teams.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile delivery and design workshops.
• Knowledge of education services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements with users and stakeholders.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Create process diagrams and wireframes for clear communication.
• Design end-to-end service journeys and customer experiences.
