Job summary

Solve IT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to manage intake, organization, processing, and delivery of photo and video assets across production workflows.

You will liaison between the studio and external partners, ensuring assets are accurately tagged and easily retrievable, with strong attention to detail. The role requires collaboration with Creative, Photography, Video, Retouching, and Production teams in a fast-paced environment, leveraging DAM platforms and project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in digital asset management or related field.
  • 3 yearsExperience working within DAM systems and familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.

  • Process, transfer, tag metadata, QC, and deliver photo and video assets.

Job description

The Digital Asset Specialist is responsible for the intake, organization, processing, and management of creative assets across production workflows. Serving as the photography studio's digital asset processor/liaison, this role ensures the processing, transfer, metadata tagging, quality control, and delivery of photo and video assets created by both the in-house studio and external production partners.

As an integral member of the Studio team, the Digital Asset Specialist partners closely with Creative, Photography, Video, Retouching, and Production teams to ensure assets are accurately processed, optimized, and easily accessible across servers and digital asset management platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital asset management or related field.
