Job summary

Anchorage Digital seeks an experienced Credit Trader to drive revenue and institutional adoption of its Prime Financing platform. You will structure, price, and manage bespoke credit facilities using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets, working closely with sales and risk to convert pipeline and manage exposure.

The role requires strong risk management, analytical skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset to deliver capital-efficient financing solutions across CeFi and DeFi.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in credit trading or financial products structuring.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets and financing.
• Experience with lending or related role at a crypto platform.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of credit structures from agreements to control agreements.
• Develop new credit structures and documentation as portfolio changes.
• Qualify and structure credit opportunities to scale lending business.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, compliance, sales and teams.
• Move collateral across venues to optimize yield and funding.
