Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking engineers to implement front and back-office trading systems used by institutional investors globally to trade and exchange cryptocurrency assets. You will work on brokerage engineering with a focus on robust, secure and scalable design.

We value hands-on experience in Go, modern software practices (TDD/SOLID), and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of OEMS, FIX, market data and low-latency architectures is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Go experience.
• Experience with automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Cloud development experience and database interaction (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Git experience and collaboration in a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial trading systems and related domains (OEMS, FIX, low latency, trading back office).
• Real-world experience building financial trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, design, implementation and maintenance of trading systems.
• Influence technical direction of Brokerage team and improve processes.
• Lead or contribute to complex tasks with clear estimation and prioritization.
• Review code to ensure quality and share knowledge across the Brokerage team.
• Instrument systems with metrics and instrumentation for reliability and observability.
