Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior digital designer to shape elevated brand experiences across our ecommerce platforms, including site refreshes, product launches, and marketing campaigns. You will partner with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrates graphics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
5+ years of design experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or related industries.
Strong hands-on design skills across digital, ecommerce, social, CRM, and campaigns.
Ability to concept ideas and execute within brand guidelines and design systems.
Exceptional typography and attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills to articulate design thinking.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience creating mood boards, storyboards, or shoot concepts is a plus.
On-set art direction experience is welcome but not required.
Motion, video editing, photography, Lo-Fi content creation, and AI-assisted creative experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design elevated on-brand ecommerce experiences including site refreshes and campaigns.
Concept and design email marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
Apply typography and design craft across all executions.
Design mobile-first experiences considering UX and platform requirements.
Create scalable design solutions for high-volume ecommerce.
Partner with PMs and developers to translate concepts into final execution.
