Estée Lauder Companies seeks a senior Digital Designer/Content Creator to craft elevated digital experiences for ecommerce, emails, and social campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals and scalable layouts.

The role emphasizes a strong eye for typography, mobile-first design, and hands-on video content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. A portfolio demonstrating beauty or luxury brand work is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital design and/or content creation experience.
Experience in ecommerce, email, social, and paid media is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Hands-on video content creation: concept, storyboard, shoot, edit.

Responsibilities

Design elevated, on-brand experiences across ecommerce sites, landing pages, product launches, and promotions.
Create and design email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams.
Develop content for organic social, paid media, ecommerce, and emerging platforms; shoot and edit short-form video as needed.
Apply mobile-first design principles with a focus on UX/UI and scalability for high-volume ecommerce.
Collaborate with project managers and developers to bring complex digital experiences to life.
