Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a seasoned Digital Designer to elevate our ecommerce experiences across site refreshes, product launches, and marketing campaigns. You will craft on-brand visuals, lead short-form video content, and collaborate with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams.

You bring 5+ years in digital design or content creation, strong typography and layout, mobile-first thinking, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Beauty industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design and/or content creation experience; ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong graphic design foundation with ability to concept and execute across ecommerce, email, social, and paid media.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form video content, including concepting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated, on-brand experiences across our ecommerce, including site refreshes, landing pages, product launches, promotional updates, and other digital touchpoints.
• Concept and design email marketing campaigns, partnering with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams to create a connected consumer experience.
• Bring an exceptional eye for typography, layout, imagery, and design craft to every execution.
• Design with a mobile-first mindset, considering user experience, messaging hierarchy, platform requirements, and consumer behavior.
• Create scalable design solutions that balance exceptional craft with the speed and efficiency required for a high-volume ecommerce business.
