Job summary

Estee Lauder is seeking a hands-on Associate Art Director to bring the brand to life across ecommerce, email, social, paid media, and emerging digital platforms. This role blends fast-moving content creation with high-volume digital design, with space to bring craft, typography, and storytelling into every execution.

You’ll contribute across site refreshes, product launches, and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver dynamic, brand-consistent content with a mobile-first

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing strong digital design, typography, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• 5+ years of digital design and/or content creation experience, with ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and platform-native content, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; video editing and motion capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated, on-brand ecommerce experiences across site refreshes, landing pages, product launches, and promotional updates.
• Concept and design email marketing campaigns in partnership with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply an eye for typography, layout, imagery, and design craft across every deliverable.
• Collaborate with Social, Marketing, Online, and other teams to ensure cohesive content across channels.
