Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a senior Digital Designer to craft on-brand experiences across our ecommerce platform, emails, and social content. You will collaborate with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-volume, mobile-first design work.

The role emphasizes typography, layout, and visual storytelling with a strong eye for craft. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required, with knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design and/or content creation experience; ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong graphic design foundation with the ability to concept and execute across ecommerce, email, social, and paid media.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form video content; concepting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated, on-brand experiences across ecommerce, site refreshes, landing pages and promotional updates.
• Create and design email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Online, CRM, Social, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop content for organic social, paid media, ecommerce, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Stay connected to beauty, fashion, design, social trends and explore AI tools to enhance ideation and production.
