Job summary

A&E Television Networks, LLC is seeking a Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics in New York. You will build and optimize reports in Adobe Analytics and Tableau, manage ad hoc requests, and translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

You will analyze user journeys and engagement to inform content strategy, platform expansion, and viewership optimization, while partnering across teams to promote data-driven decisions and educate on analytics trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital media experience; preferably with a digital analytics vendor or publisher.
• Expertise with Adobe Analytics is required.
• General knowledge of the digital media ecosystem (TV Everywhere, vMVPDs, AVOD, SVOD, etc.).
• Understanding of analytics tracking implementation across websites, mobile apps, and connected-device platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for data storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc reporting requests, present findings clearly, and proactively surface recommendations that inform decision-making.
• Synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive stakeholders to take meaningful action.
• Analyze user behavior and customer journeys—including pathing, engagement funnels, and consumption patterns to inform enhancements, content strategy (video + editorial), platform expansion, and viewership optimization.
• Partner with teams across the organization to champion data-driven decision-making and educate stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices in digital analytics.
