Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics to support our portfolio of digital platforms across A&E, HISTORY, LIFETIME, and FYI. You will build reports, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel, with collaboration across teams to shape content, product, and distribution strategies. In-office roles at NYC, LA, Chicago, and Stamford are available.

Qualifications

3+ years of digital media experience; preferably with a digital analytics vendor or publisher.
Expertise with Adobe Analytics is required.
General knowledge of the digital media ecosystem (TV Everywhere, vMVPDs, AVOD, SVOD, etc.).
Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools a plus.
Understanding of how analytics tracking works on web sites and apps across all platforms
Understanding of analytics tracking implementation across websites, mobile apps, and connected-device platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for data storytelling.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau for cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage ad hoc reporting requests, present findings clearly, and proactively surface recommendations that inform decision-making.
Synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive stakeholders to take meaningful action.
Analyze user behavior and customer journeys—including pathing, engagement funnels, and consumption patterns—to inform enhancements, content strategy, platform expansion, and viewership optimization.
Partner with teams across the organization to champion data-driven decision-making and educate stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices in digital analytics.
