Jobgether is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline for digital advertising solutions. You will sell across SEM, paid social, programmatic, and YouTube advertising, while coordinating with strategy, operations, and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes client discovery, multi-product proposals, and ongoing relationship management in a remote-setting with quarterly leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling digital advertising solutions with significant quota responsibility.
• Experience generating new business through outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Experience conducting consultative discovery and positioning solutions around business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an outbound-first prospecting strategy to generate new opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' objectives, funnels, and performance expectations.
• Sell integrated digital advertising solutions including SEM, paid social, programmatic, OTT/CTV, display, video, and YouTube advertising.
• Develop multi-product proposals linking campaign strategies to outcomes like leads, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, launch, optimize, and retain campaigns.
