Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and driving performance against targets.
• Strong copywriting ability for direct-response ads and video scripts.
• Creative testing and strategy development using performance data.
• Familiarity with tracking pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead biweekly performance calls.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns prioritizing leads and appointments.
• Analyze performance and design structured testing across audiences, messaging and offers.
• Write direct-response copy and VSL scripts; develop creative hooks and variations.
• Set up tracking, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.
