Job summary

FP1 Strategies, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Digital Advertising team. You will help implement campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms, and analyze performance against KPIs.

The role requires at least two years of online advertising experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work includes in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Two years of online advertising experience or more.
• Attention to detail with accurate ad implementation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Familiarity with multiple ad platforms and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the advertising team and continuously learn and innovate.
• Assist with daily advertising reports using strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Implement campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, DCM and other platforms as needed.
• Utilize bulk-uploaders, monitor pacing, optimize toward KPIs and maintain naming conventions.
• Stay up to date on new ad products across platforms.
