Job summary

FP1 Strategies in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Associate for its Digital Advertising team. You will implement campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and other platforms, monitor KPI pacing and optimize with strong Excel skills.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of online advertising experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of online advertising experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience placing ads on Facebook or Google is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the advertising team and learn continuously.
• Assist with daily advertising reports using Excel and KPI focus.
• Implement campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, DCM and other platforms.
• Monitor pacing, optimize toward KPIs and maintain naming conventions.
• Stay up to date on new ad products across platforms.
