Job summary

PLUS Communications, an Arlington, VA-based full-service firm, is seeking an Associate for its Digital Advertising team. You will assist with trafficking campaigns on Facebook and Google, perform pacing updates, and help prepare client reports.

A strong eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential. The role offers a 40-hour work week with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and a starting salary of $55,000, plus a year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have the equivalent of a digital-focused internship or 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to learn functions and formatting.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Interest in public affairs or political industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trafficking advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms, developing understanding of placement capabilities and optimization strategies.
• Provide day-to-day support with pacing updates, campaign monitoring, audience projections and targeting.
• Contribute to client advertising reports, utilizing strong Excel skills and ensuring error-free updates.
• Collaborate closely within the digital advertising team.
