Bold Orange is seeking an experienced, driven Account Supervisor to join our Client Strategy & Services team in the Twin Cities area. You will understand, analyze, strategize, and lead client solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences across channels.

The role emphasizes digital strategy, CRM, and marketing technology. Collaboration with marketing, creative, analytics, operations, product, and technology is essential to drive results, with occasional travel to our Minneapolis office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting.
• 5+ years relevant work experience across CRM, Digital, experiences, 1to1 marketing, social and paid media with a heavy emphasis on digital strategy.
• Experience with CPG, B2B, and/or B2C industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shape solutions across channels including email, website, mobile, paid media, search and marketing automation with a strong emphasis on digital strategy.
• Partner with client teams across marketing, creative, analytics, operations, product, technology, and senior management.
• Lead client relationships and teams to deliver purposeful, effective solutions to client challenges.
• Present strategies and deliverables to clients with storytelling.
• Lead creative development from client brief to final file delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver experience-driven solutions.
