Bold Orange is a digital-first agency seeking a Director, Client Strategy & Services to add value to its CSS team. The role focuses on developing and executing digital strategies across email, website, and paid media to create seamless customer experiences.

The candidate should have 7+ years in marketing/advertising, strong storytelling, and ability to lead cross-functional teams while nurturing client relationships for meaningful results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, PR, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting.
• 8+ years across digital, creative, paid media, with emphasis on integrated digital strategy.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand data and provide insights to clients.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and omnichannel campaigns.
• Leadership and mentoring desire.
