Qualified Digital (QD) is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships, define strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital programs in the United States.

You will own client-facing deliverables, mentor junior staff, and identify opportunities to expand engagements while managing scope, budgets, and timelines. Strong analytics fluency and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 years of account management or client service experience in an agency.
• Proven success managing large-scale integrated digital programs.
• Strong digital marketing experience with platform integrations and CMS.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and CRM platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing.
• Strong understanding of project scope, budgets, and account operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a proactive point of contact
• Build trusted client relationships through understanding business objectives and KPIs
• Support senior team members with account planning and client strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships
• Own client-facing deliverables including briefs, SOWs, pricing estimates, and presentation decks
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple initiatives
• Provide clients with performance reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Mentor and support junior team members
