Job summary

Qualified Digital (QD) is seeking a seasoned client services leader to guide strategic directions for top accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor on business objectives and digital strategy, owning growth and health of accounts.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution, prepare briefs, statements of work, and budget updates, while expanding revenue from $5-7M. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in account management, a track record of expanding client

Qualifications

• 8 years of account or client service management experience
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
• Experience owning full-service engagements including strategy, websites, apps, and media
• Strong digital expertise
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred
• Experience using AI to transform marketing programs preferred
• Willingness to contribute at all levels and work collaboratively
