Qualifications

• Must have AS degree in electronics or mechanical.
• 5+ years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance on diffusion area tools, ASM furnace or AMAT EPI systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and various OS platforms.
• Understand consumable and non-consumable parts costs and how to reduce costs.
• Basic knowledge of SPC and its use in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment in the diffusion area and be familiar with issues.
• Create/modify procedures and PM specifications to improve tool availability.
• Order consumable and non-consumable parts for tools as assigned.
• Troubleshoot minor and complex tool issues to resolution.
• Use SPC to troubleshoot issues or determine tool health.
• Maintain excellent time and project management skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow-up during repairs and PMs.
• Keep a clean working area during repairs and PMs.
