Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a diesel/auto technician in Londonderry, NH. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs on Pennke’s fleet to keep vehicles safe and on the road. Training and career growth are emphasized, with a stable schedule and competitive pay.

Eligible candidates typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of repair experience, plus a valid license. DOT safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and comfort using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacement, some electrical/system work on gas and diesel engines.
• Partner with manager to learn new skills through Penske training and hands-on coaching.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
