Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools safely.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs such as tire rotation and lubrication; some electrical and cooling system work.
• Partner with your manager to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
