Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification or Postsecondary degree, preferred.
• Basic tools, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and repair on heavy-duty diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and HVAC systems.
• Complete advanced repairs and diagnostics as required by location fleet mix.
• Coach/mentor other technicians as needed.
• Drive Ryder vehicles as part of the role and pass required tests.
