Job summary

Ryder is looking for a Master Level Diesel Technician in Conestoga, PA to maintain and repair heavy‑duty vehicles using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics. Shift is 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

You will work in a safety‑driven shop environment, access ongoing training and career growth, and receive competitive compensation plus signing and certification bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A license preferred.
• ASE certifications and master mechanic credentials are preferred.
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and after-treatment systems.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians.
