Ryder is hiring a Senior Level Diesel Technician in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The role includes third shift hours (9:00 pm – 5:30 am) with an hourly pay of $29.00 and lucrative bonuses for ASE certifications and quarterly performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational/Technical certifications preferred.
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines and diagnostics preferred.
• CDL class A preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties, including preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computer tools.
• Complete inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Interact with drivers to determine nature of complaint.
• Follow safety, DOT, and company guidelines at all times.
