Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a skilled Technician III to perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on class 7 & 8 trucks and 53’ trailers in a non-climate controlled shop in the United States. You will apply advanced diagnostics, train junior technicians, and ensure high-quality service on every order.

Applicants should have a Diesel Technology degree and 7+ years of experience with heavy-duty fleets. The role offers weekly pay, potential monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service skills and safety awareness.
Experience training or mentoring other technicians is valued.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a non-climate controlled shop.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and determine repairs needed.
Train new shop employees on procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance and major repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Repair brakes, suspensions, electrical, engine, fuel systems and exhaust components.
Perform test drives and diagnose vehicle system failures.
