Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet at the Indianapolis location.

You’ll work with limited supervision on major and minor repairs, diagnose issues, and mentor newer technicians as you expand your own skills. You’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and ongoing training, with access to Penske’s advanced maintenance technology and a supportive environment designed for growth and long-term career

Qualifications

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• ASE 608/609 certifications preferred; OEM training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials; log and diagnose using Penske tools.
• Keep work area clean and safe and comply with all safety policies.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and mentor others.
