Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• CDL within 6 months may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard and preventive vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine the nature of the complaint.
• Uses Shop Management System and electronic documentation in daily tasks.
• Mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels and support fleet operations.
• Complete OEM diagnostic tool courses as required by location.
