Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Two+ years of classroom training plus work experience in automotive/diesel maintenance preferred.
• Valid CDL A license preferred; ability to obtain CDL within 6 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair on heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
• Conducts standard inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Identifies root causes and performs repairs as required.
• Interacts with drivers to determine nature of the issue and priorities.
