Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines.
• Demonstrated aptitude in diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and electrical systems.
• CDL-A preferred and required by some locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computer tools.
• Completes complex inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaint.
• Uses Shop Management System for documentation and tasks.
