Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will lead at the location and mentor teammates while learning from your manager to deliver reliable service.

You will diagnose issues, conduct road tests, and complete maintenance tasks while following Penske safety policies. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• ASE Certification and OEM training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on truck and trailer equipment with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot major components (engines, transmissions, differentials) and replace assemblies as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe and log repairs using Penske tools.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and mentor others as needed.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
