As a Technician I you will mentor others, work independently on major and minor repairs, and participate in ongoing training to advance your career within Penske. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on use of Penske’s advanced diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining trucks and tractor-trailers.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
• Willingness to work in varied weather and non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep them safe and on the road.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Log and research repairs using Penske tools and technologies.
