Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises seeks a Shop Diesel Mechanic/Technician to perform timely mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance in our Boss Shop facility. You will diagnose using J-Pro, FleetCross, and OE software, complete work orders, and maintain safety and OSHA standards.

The role requires air brake and DOT certifications, HVAC certification, and the ability to work weekends/nights. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Air Brake Certification required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• ASE certifications preferred; Shop Technician IV to obtain within one year.
• Section 609 HVAC certification required for HVAC service.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, nights, and on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, tire services, and emergency road service calls.
• Conducts DOT inspections and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Performs service calls, including night/on-call assignments.
• Diagnoses and repairs vehicle systems using J-Pro, FleetCross, and OE software.
• Completes work orders with labor, parts, and warranty details.
• Performs engine, fuel, exhaust, steering, electrical, HVAC, and driveline repairs.
