BROTHERS MOTORS SERVICE is seeking a Service Technician / Diesel Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will perform preventive maintenance and complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic repairs to meet safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; related technical training preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in diesel technology.
• 2+ years of experience repairing medium- or heavy-duty trucks.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, HVAC, and driveline components.
• Experience using electronic diagnostic software and scan tools.
• Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• ASE Medium/Heavy Truck certifications or manufacturer certifications are preferred.

Mansioni

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards.
• Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and drive trains.
• Diagnose electrical systems and wiring.
• Conduct road tests and inspections after repairs.
• Complete repair orders and document labor hours.
• Maintain tools and work area; follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with Shop Foreman, Service Writer, and Parts Department.
