Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Senior Level Diesel Technician in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on heavy‑duty vehicle maintenance and repair, using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certification preferred
• CDL Class A preferred
• Minimum 2 years of heavy-/medium-duty repair experience
• CDL & other location-specific certifications as required by location

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance
• Diagnoses complex mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic computer
• Mentors Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint
• Ensures compliance with safety/DOT guidelines
