Responsibilities

• Perform standard and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty components with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and guide Tech 1/Tech 2 levels to improve shop performance.
• Interface with customers/drivers to understand service needs.
